Spangle, annoyed by the sudden explosion of noises from the children, walked to the far end of the turkey barn and sat down, chuffing.

The chicks, now that the coyote had been conquered, were full of energy again. They hopped out of the nesting box, past Bunty "Hey Bunty? Want to play with us?" And ran out to hop on the swing. (PLEASE can there be a chicken swing in the run? XD)

Snowy went to follow, but landed hard on her injured foot. She sat there and tried to look at it, but it was hard because of her big cochin legs. When she lifted it up, there was blood on the coop bedding.

Bunty ran after "thankyou, i've never had friends my age before, ooooh the swing looks good today"

Tillie woke up again!!! The triplets had put her back, "oooh, i've got a headache, oh hello snowy" she said tiredly, but her eyes shot open wide "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FOOT, SNOWY, let me help you" she said quietly because she felt do sorry for Snowy.

"I think I cut it when I was running into the coop," Snowy said. "It hurts a bit but it appears to be bleeding quite a lot." Snowy is pretty calm about this.

"it must hurt loads" said Tillie "come on let me help you to the nesting box's" she helped Snowy get to 'Leola's' nesting box. But she was still weak from the shock she just had.

"Thanks, Tillie," Snowy replied, settling herself in the nesting box. "You should rest, too. Being outside with the coyote must have been terrifying! Can you do me a favor and ask someone to watch my chicks? I'm afraid they'll get into trouble." She settled herself in the nesting box and closed her eyes. (sleepy from blood loss? idk lol)
