Yes, they're in Ontario, Canada. I'm not sure if you can get a delivery that's not a bulk order, but its better when you can check the mill by date on the tag. They have stores in almost every major hub and farming communities, you can select the area closest to you in the top right corner of their page. Or if you can tell me what area of the province your in, I can try to give you an idea of which location is the closest for you.
When you say you cant get chicken feed, are you concerned about the fact you must give your address to buy the feed?

TSC has an American line and a Canadian one, it's easy to get them mixed up. The link I provided is the Canadian version, so hopefully you'll have no more issues. Good luck!

Being on or not an island has nothing to do with it...Zip code and postal code's are used to help determine your location. In the US, it's called a Zip code. Canada calls it a Postal Code.
