Hello, I am new here and am so excited to join the community. I have a very odd question that I hope someone can answer for me. My dad is building a new coop for me and he is pouring the concrete slab today. He wanted me to put my handprint in it, but I also want to put one of my chickens(Max) handprint in it as well! I want to get the best print possible obviously, but I don’t want to harm her. Any ideas and or tips?

There is no harm to be done.....hold the bird, extend her leg and press her foot in place and wash when done....if you are really worries, you can coat the foot with petroleum jelly or the like, but that is entirely unnecesary

We did this accidentally. Didn't even think to keep the chickens off a newly poured driveway, and when we came back the next day, there were chicken prints in it! You may just want to "shoo" her across it to get a few and then smooth out any you don't want!
