Used Epsom salts bath for 5 minutes or so and took a look no black spots.
She didn't like the foot spa...

Her foot looks improved but she doesn't like Epsom salts foot spa?
any suggestions?

look super close, often there is a tiny pin prick hole, barely visible. often this is the entrance point. Could have been a tiny sharp object or thorn.
To help with the soaking, wrap her in a towel like a burrito and she should be calmer for her spa. Use epsom salts.
post a close up pic of the bottom of her foot.

Yes there is a problem?
Yep. Bumblefoot. See that scab? That's where the infection is. You'll need to soak her for a longer time - at least 10 min, but maybe even longer. You'll need to soften that scab. Then you'll need to remove it. Some folks actually cut the foot, but I can usually scrape it off with a fingernail. Then you need to squeeze the heck out of that foot. Chicken pus is harder than what people have. It might be stringy or like hard cheese. Squeeze as much out of that foot as you can, but it looks pretty swollen, so you might not get much out if it. Then pack the remaining hole with antibiotic ointment (without pain reliever), cover it with a gauze pad, and wrap it with vet wrap. You'll need to keep doing that daily for a while. If it doesn't show any improvement, you may need antibiotics.

Poor girl. Bumblefoot sucks.
