I have a chicken friendly cat that needs a new home, he's an abandoned neutered male pet cat that I've been feeding outside for 4 years, he spends most of the day hanging out with my chickens keeping other cats away, he keeps trying to come into my house despite 4 years of being told no, he follows me around outside and likes to help me garden, and he's a pest for attention, he's an all black short hair at least 5 years old. I am moving and it breaks my heart to abandon this cat, but where I'm moving to he won't survive, so hoping that some chicken owners would like a chicken friendly cat to "guard" their flock.
This cat wants to be somebody's indoor/outdoor pet, but I am afraid to list on Craigslist due to people using cats for dogfight bait, etc. He's a wonderful creature, he just needs a real home fast, and all the chicken friendly training has been done.
