Chicken friendly cities within 1.5 hrs of Dearborn MI?

We are planning on moving sometime in the near future. I am hoping to find 5+ acres, but I may have to settle for less than that. What areas within an hour and a half of Dearborn MI are chicken-friendly on less than 5 acres? Maybe goats too? What is the minimum acreage? I currently have 11 and am hoping to raise some for meat when we move, too.
