Hey peeps. So I've got an interesting question for you all! My neighbor has this Easter Egger hen. It's a good ole hen and has been for a year or two now. One day it started acting off. It would squawk SUPER loud and then duck it's head down and start running in a random direction. Then it would snap out of it and go back to it's normal self. Her flock is free ranged if that matters. A few days later she said it just took off. She said she'd see it peeking through the woods around their neighborhood on occasion but otherwise it kept to itself and couldn't be caught. A week later this same hen came back with 4 chicks and has been fine ever since! So did she go feral...or.......?
