It won't hurt to reclean the wound and apply an ointment or treatment of choice. The wound needs to be monitored very closely for maggot activity.
I do recommend that in addition to topical treatment, since you report the wound is infected that she be given a course of antibiotics. Topical treatments will only help so much.
She needs to be kept hydrated. Encourage her to eat. If she does not rally after a dose or 2 of antibiotics, then it would be best to put her out of her misery.
