Good advice from Wyorp Rock. Keep her prolapse from drying out with oil or ointment. Keep it clean until it goes back inside. Prolapsed vents can attract pecking.

It looks like she has a Prolapsed Vent that has been damaged by picking.

Give her a wash up and take some more photos. Keep the exposed Tissue coated with ointment or oil. Get some extra Calcium into her for the next 3-5days. Calcium Citrate+D3 is always good to give, 1 tablet by beak daily.

I didn’t clean it up very good but her tail is torn up badly and below it is very raw and I’m pretty sure were the white is her vent sorry if the pictures are bad I will send better ones if you need them.

I have cleaned it up better and I really looked at it and her vent seems to be fine her tail on the other hand is bad what do I do about that?

I can confirm that her vent is not prolapsed, but there is poop coming out, or maybe oozing out. Do you know what that is? Also, I have no clue if there is an avian vet around here.

Thank you for the additional photos, I see what you mean.

O.K.
Is there a bad odor?
Is she alert, eating/drinking?
Is she pooping or just leaking urates/poop?

I'd clean the tail and vent area with Saline or Dilute Povidone Iodine.
Between your 2 circles, I have inserted a Green Arrow (photo below). Can you tell if that's pus, fat or just damaged tissue?
Keep the wound coated with triple antibiotic ointment. I'd also apply a little ointment to the vent and the tissue underneath or you can put a little oil like mineral oil under there. This will help those urates/white material from sticking so badly.

I do think the upper part of the vent has been damaged too. Basically her whole tail to the top part of the vent. With damage like that, you're going to see some leakage until she starts healing up.

IF you are smelling a very bad odor, infection. Then you'll really want to clean that well (use the Povidone Iodine if possible). I'd also start her on an antibiotic like Amoxicillin if there's infection. Do you have that on hand?

See that she's staying hydrated and offer wet mushy feed. Hopefully @Eggcessive will see the updated photos and give her input as well.

I would also recommend a warm soak just to her tail and vent in warm water daily. A little betadine, chlorhexidene, or Epsom salts may be added to the water. A spray bottle with warm saline water may be used in between if needed may be used. Keep the vent area moist with ointment or oil after drying off. The more it is keep clean, the better the chances of healing her. You can try to get amoxicillin possibly here:

Dosage is 250 mg orally twice a day for 10 days.

I was cleaning her yesterday night and did not smell any sort of bad odor and she is eating and drinking very good also between her tail and vent almost looks like pus or damaged tissue and her vent is just leaking I have not seen her actually poop
