when I went outside to put the birds away out of the rain I found amber my Rhode Island red mix hen with her head stuck in the fencing, its wire and then there is plastic fencing on the inside she had her head stuck through the wire which she could easily get out of but also the plastic which has smaller spaces, so anyways she was struggling I quickly went into the house and got wire cutters I got her unstuck and she went in with the rest of the flock she was eating I'm just wondering is there anything I should watch for?

If she's eating she's probably ok. You could give her some electrolytes in case of shock of you're worried. I had a hen get stuck between two fences in 100° heat and I didn't know how long she had been like that. one of her wings was stuck through the neighbor's wooden fence like their dog might have been tugging at her. I thought she was dead when I found her but she was perfectly fine and went back in with the flock, drank some water and it was like it never happened. I made the gap between the fences bigger so they can fit between them now lol
