Chicken has Diarrhea

I am new to owning Chickens, as in I've had them about a month. Anyway, I noticed one of the chickens is having light brown diarrhea. What is causing this and how do I fix it? Thank you in advance!

How old are your chickens? Any changes to their diet? What do you feed them? For starters, I suggest treating for coccidiosis and worms. Check them for lice and mites.

They are pullets and just started laying. No changes to their diet. We feed them a laying feed from the local Co-op. I will look into what you suggested and check them also for the lice and mites. Thanks!
