Chicken has infected wounds and abscess from fox attack- need advice!!!

I’m just letting her drink little bits at a time. It hasn’t started leaking out of her wound yet. But she’s still SO thirsty! Like lapping up all the little drops that spill. And she keeps clicking her beak together after drinking (like smacking kind of). Sometimes I hear her stomach gurgle too.
She’s really thirsty but I can’t let her drink too much water right? I don’t know what to do

She just pooped this too, is that normal?

The poop looks like there could be bile from a liver problem or E.coli infection, but we are not vets here. To really clean the wound, I would take the half strength betadine and gauze pads and dab it on twice daily, followed by antibiotic ointment. You can weaken the betadine more later. A better antiseptic to have around would be 2% chlorhexidene. Hopefully the sulfa antibiotic will help. I would give her water as she needs it.
