Chicken has large pimples on her butt and feet

Hi, this place is the best. Our 6 yr old barred rock hen has some reddish swelling on her feet and when I caught her for a closer look I found some feathers missing on her bottom and several large, angry pimple-looking things there. I dust them monthly with DE and they occasionally get some pests, so when she had a few missing feathers and red skin a couple of weeks ago, I did my dusting, put some vetericyn, and poultry protector on the area. She’s been laying several times a week all summer, but not since this occurred. Since she’s older I didn’t think much of the stoppage. These pimples look like pox, but are not on her comb, but the top of her foot and on her belly/bottom. I’m posting pics.

She is eating drinking and foraging, but sitting more than usual. And since I’ve been watching closer she’s pecking at the scabby pox thing on her foot. It doesn’t really look like the bumble foot pics I’ve seen, but that isn’t something I’ve dealt with yet

She’s pecking at that thing on her foot but not getting pecked. She’s our 9,10, the big fat hen and coop queen. I don’t see ants, but sometimes see mosquitoes in the nest boxes. Now she’s yawning and shaking her head
