How many chickens are affected? In 2 of the pictures it looks suspicious for vent gleet, a yeast infection of the digestive system. Is there a bad odor? I would get the vent areas cleaned up with a soapy or Epsom salts shallow bath. You can get Nustock horse cream, or some human Monistat or clotrimazole cream and apply it to the red bare skin around the bent. Probiotics in Probios powder, cottage cheese, or plain greek yogurt can be used to get the gut bacteria back to normal. Nystatin which is a prescription drug from a vet, or Medistatin powder found online, can be used in feed or a small amount of water, to treat the yeast or fungus in the GI tract. Make sure that your waterers are cleaned daily with fresh water. What are you feeding them? Here is a good article to read:

All of them some worse then others. They're are eating purina layer pellets. I will give them a wash now

In hot weather they may drink a lot more water, which can cause diarrhea. But deadly flystrike is also a risk when there are a lot of flies around laying eggs on poopy butts or in a wound.
