It's a mixture between dirt and poop they're poop is very runny but it is a hot day today. Also every time then clean themselves white/clear liquid comes out. Help? Tips?

In 2 of the pictures it looks suspicious for vent gleet, a yeast infection of the digestive system. Is there a bad odor? I would get the vent areas cleaned up with a soapy or Epsom salts shallow bath. You can get Nustock horse cream, or some human Monistat or clotrimazole cream and apply it to the red bare skin around the bent. Probiotics in Probios powder, cottage cheese, or plain greek yogurt can be used to get the gut bacteria back to normal. Nystatin which is a prescription drug from a vet, or Medistatin powder found online, can be used in feed or a small amount of water, to treat the yeast or fungus in the GI tract.
