Chicken has puss on chest

Last night I noticed one of my hens was not perched and then today when I let everyone else out she came wobbling towards me. I checked her out and noticed she smelt awful! I looked under her feathers and found a big pussy scab. I cleaned it off with hydrogen peroxide and it looks swollen in the area. I have no idea what could be causing this! Anyone else ever experience this

I have no idea what it would be. But I would spray it with vetrycin or banixx. To treat any infection or fungus. Talk to vet if it doesn't improve soon.

Also make for sure she isn't just pulling the feathers out herself. I love my blink cameras for times like these. If she is pulling them make her a chicken shirt to wear till it quits itching her.
