Chicken has respiratory problems

I introduced 2 new hens from a reputable farm where we have bought all of our chickens before (I know I should've quarantined them i'm just stupid) and the hen that we had before seems to have picked up a respiratory infection (I'm guessing from the new ones). Her breathing is knocking (like there's a noise when she breathes), snotty nose and sneezing. I've been giving her some breathe free (this stuff - https://www.viovet.co.uk/Global-Her...g&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=surfaces_UK ) of course it takes some time but I was wondering if there would be anything else that I can do for her? Or even if that stuff is good or not.

Can you post a picture of her?
Does she usually have her eyes closed?
Is she usually laying/sitting down?

I'll get a picture of her in the morning. She does seem to be closing her eyes a little more yes. She's standing mainly at the moment

It’s good that she’s at least standing. Not so good that she’s preferring to close her eyes.
