Chicken has soft eggs

One of our chickens has been laying soft eggs recently even though she seems healthy. We recently treated our chickens with blu-kote because we were afraid she had some sort of fungal rash infection.

We used permathin for lice and parasites. We also had to give our chickens probiotics 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Does she have access to oyster shell for calcium all the time? How old is she? Blue kote isn't going to take care of lice/mites, you need something with permethrin in it and you need to clean out and treat the coop as well, generally at least three times at weekly intervals, to get any eggs that continue to hatch. Most feed stores or tractor supply stores carry various brands of permethrin products, I've pictured one below. Following link has info on treatment.

Thank you for the reply. I forgot to mention but we also used the permethrin. We are going to do another treatment tonight.

We don't know how old the girl is, she seems perfectly healthy but spites it with her soft eggs she keeps laying, I wonder if it is age or disease. Also she doesn't have access to oyster shell but has calcium layer feed and plenty of grit, she also has plenty of grass to eat and we give her some veggies and fruit from time to time.

For some birds the amount of calcium in the feed may not be enough at some times of year. It's best to have oyster shell available all the time in a separate feeder so that those that need it can take it when they need to. Some greens can also inhibit calcium absorption. Different birds can have different needs, and needs can vary at different times of year. I would give her a calcium citrate +D tablet once a day to see if that helps the shell quality. Also possible something is going on with her shell gland, but not much you can do for that.

I have some human calcium supplements and calcium carbonate, would that do? Should I isolate her from the other hens?

That will work. Calcium citrate with vitamin D 600 mg works a little faster, but calcium carbonate works too. Give it orally in the back of her throat.

like crunch the tablet up a bunch and put it into her mouth?

If it's a normal sized pill or capsule you can just put it in her beak and she'll swallow it. Alternately you can grind it up and mix it in a small amount of moistened feed that she will eat.
