Chicken has stopped laying and has runny poo

My chicken has stopped laying since monday so now hasn't done an egg for 7 days and now her poo's are runny and watery. she also isn't eating as much corn and pellets but drinks lots of water in the morning instead. I got 3 new chickens 11 days ago which made me think she was just grumpy so was going in a nest but i have looked all over the garden and let her out later to try and follow her to a nest which she hasnt done. So now I am worried about her. also her feathers at the front look funny and a bit matted like they have hairspray on.
I hope someone has advice for me as I dont know what to do.

Welcome to BYC....sorry you are having troubles.
Adding new birds brings stress and possibly disease.

Knowing more about your chickens,
your flock size(numbers, ages, genders),
your coop(size in feet by feet with pics),
and what and how exactly you are feeding,
might offer clues to if there is a solvable problem.

Thanks for the reply. I have 4 Rhode island red chickens, 1 is approx 11 months and the other 3 are 3/4 months and all girls. My coop is huge because my garden is the size of a field and they sleep in a wendy house which is big enough for 8 chickens. I feed them pellets and mixed corn and they always have a fresh water supply. I got my the 3 newest chickens on may 30th so they have only been in my garden 12 days. I hope this info helps you to give me more advice. Thanks
