Chicken has super swollen frozen feet

Her stumps look good this morning. The swelling is starting to go down. Before I changed the wrap I set her down in the grass. She took off running/flying. She was really happy when I gave her some bread. I moved her crate outside again today. We had to wash her butt. It was starting to get poopy since she's not getting up a lot. Her vent looks good, it was just the feathers that were dirty. She hasn't laid eggs in weeks, but I know she's pretty stressed right now. Her abdomen doesn't feel hard, so she's not egg bound. She was very feisty this morning when we changed her wrap. I showed the silicone toe covers to my dad, and he though that was a really good idea. We'll probably get those for her once her stumps heal.

Thank you all so much for your help! It means a lot.
