Can you post some photos of what you are seeing?

What type of food/treats are you feeding?
Do they have access to grit?
How old are they?
Is the vent just swollen or is it prolapsed?

For constipation you can give one time a small amount of molasses mixed with water to see if that helps.

For the swollen vent you can soak the chicken in a warm epsom salts bath, dry, and apply some hemorrhoid cream to help reduce swelling.

You may want to feed wet poultry food for a few days, limit treats to no more than 10% of daily diet, offer oyster shell free choice for laying hens and provide access to poultry grit free choice.
