chicken has turned white

I rescued a Chicken about 2 years ago. We have not been able to identify her breed but she was rescued from a Philpino family in Central Victoria. She is alway broody. So she has hatched several eggs. She was an nicey tawney brown but after hatching this last lost her feathers are growing back WHITE. Can anyone help expain this?
