Chicken Hatchery business

Hi,
I want to start a medium size poultry farm business overseas. I would like to use the US model of chicken farming(hatchery). Where do I get information on facility and operation of farm. I would like to get an idea of design(blue print) of chicken farming, certain processes of incubation, eggs collection, packaging and distribution.

You might start with the USDA but also the the extension service at land grant universities. The University of California, every branch has an extension service I think. http://www.csrees.usda.gov/Extension/
