They also LOVE to cuddle into the puppy pee pad.. I've been thinking to get them something that is soft so they can cuddle with it. It has to be small though.

You could find an old cotton t-shirt or towel or something and make a little nest for them. It shouldn't be something fresh from the laundry as the laundry soap or fabric softener could cause allergy issues.

Ah. So someone noticed. Yes it is. I noticed when I took her out of the incubator that her toe was bleeding and the others kept pecking at it so I wrapped it to help it heal.
Sure, just so that it can't get stuck in a hole. Maybe rip the holes if they're chick-size.
