This is my chicken lily and is one year old. She’s having a hard time pooping and I’m not sure why. She’s able to poop but in like pellet sizes . I checked her vent and it’s kind of red and is outside of her kind of. As of typing this she went inside the laying box but didn’t lay an egg. I’m thinking it might be vent gleet but that doesn’t explain why her vent is sticking out. Please help!!

These two might be more knowledgable than I am.
The vent sticking out would indicate a prolapse, so you'll want to try to push it back in. Make sure she is seperated from the other chickens as they could peck at the prolapse and make it much worse or even a death sentence. This article is about how to fix a chick prolapse, but should still work and still has good info.

Is the poop all over her bum smellier than normal?

Could you get her into a pan of warm soapy water and wash her off, then take a new picture? I can’t see the vent if there is a prolapse. First make sure the vent or cloaca is not prolapsed. If the vent is pooched out she might have an egg in there or be constipated. Then I would take a disposable glove and lubricate her vent with vaseline or olive oil and feel inside her vent for any crusts or hard poop, or possibly an egg or lash egg. If she is egg bound, she needs 300-500 mg of human calcium with vitamin D or a Tums split into and given orally. If she is prolapsed, try to push her cloaca back inside and oil it inside and out. If there is thick poop or crusted urates inside and around the vent, I would try to remove any that you can, and apply oil in the vent opening. Yes, nursing chicken is fun, isn’t it? If she has vent gleet, her vent and droppings will smell worse than normal, and her white urates may leak constantly from her vent. The skin make look irritated and she may have feather loss around the vent. Has she been drinking and eating?

I’m not sure but I think after pooping the worms her vent got bloody . Take a look

I would wash her with soap and water, or soak her. Trim any extra fluff so that we can see the vent. It looks like she has tapeworm segments in her poop. Each segment contains a numbe pr of tapeworm eggs. I missed that photo before. Tapeworms are best treated with praziquantel, an ingredient in Equimax horse paste. Dosage is 0.033 ml per pound (or 0.16 ml for a 5 pound chicken) given orally once and repeated in 14 days.
