Chicken having seizures?!

Hi! I have this one 7 month old partridge Cochin rooster who seems as if he is having seizures or something. It happens like 20 times a day and last for about 10-30 seconds. He puts his neck way back and lays on the ground shaking. He acts normal after these. Is this a problem? Is there anyway to help him? Thanks sorry for bad pictures. I tried a video but it wouldn’t let me post it.

It looks like form of wry neck called star gazing. Wry neck can be from vitamin deficiency, disease or head injury. I would give him 400 iu of Vitamin E daily with a bit of cooked egg, canned tuna or sunflower seeds for selenium (helps with the uptake of the E). I would also give him a B complex tablet daily (human supplement-regular not time release) as some of the B's can also cause neurological symptoms. See if you get improvement with that.
