Chicken Head Rolling

Hi! Hope this isn't a crazy question but . . . . . . I have a Gold Laced Polish Rooster about 4 months old. I came home for lunch and he is outside with the rest of flock, sitting facing a wall, and "rolling" his head over and over. He tips it way over like he is looking up and then rolls it on around until he looks normal again. He is doing it over and over. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong with him? I picked him up and can't see anything unusual. When I put him down he just sat and started all over again. Help!!!
