Chicken hopping on one leg no external injury

Hi,
My chicken has had difficulty walking the past few weeks. And I joined this site as a last attempt to get help. At first my hen would put her weight on the knee of her bad leg, but now she just hops as in the picture.
She was taken to the vet ved they said it was a sprained leg but it been weeks with no improvement.
She also stopped laying eggs.but asides from not using her foot she behaves fine. Also I checked it's not bumble foot.

It's not broken, she can still move her upper leg. It's like her foot is asleep. I have noticed her getting used to hopping around, but I'd at least like to know what it is.

Welcome to BYC. Was her leg xrayed for any broken bones? Does she always have her toes curled under, and does she move her toes and foot normally? Does she hold the leg up as she limps around? I had a an australorp who injured her leg, and she hobbled on it for 2 years, but always managed to get around and eat/drink, and roost with her flock. She eventually lost weight, and started getting attacked by her flock members when I had to put her down.

Resting the leg may help. I would give vitamins that include riboflavin, in case there is a deficiency. I worry a little about possible Mareks disease. Was she vaccinated?

The curled nature of her foot indicates possible nerve damage. This may have been caused by an injury or some infectious entity. Keep her comfortable and monitor to see that flock mates are not abusing her. If she starts becoming paralyzed, Mareks disease may be a possibility. Good luck with her.

No x-ray but I'm fairly certain it's no broken. She's had weeks of rest and that why I'm concerned. She does hold her leg up and the foot is only curled when it drags on the ground. We've given her electrolytes and ribo flavin.
I don't if if she was vaccinated but it's been weeks and she's the only one affected.

Our other hens only bug her when they want her food.

How old is she. My best guess would be Marek's. I had one that started like that walking on her knuckles and it got grazed a bit. I tried to make a boot to encourage her to keep it flat and walk on it but she kept standing on it and tripping over. She learned to lift it out of the way and hop everwhere and she continued like that for about a year, happily free ranging and laying eggs and then she had a second outbreak of Marek's and started getting picked on by the flock, but I managed to pal her up with another Marek's sick pullet and the two of them beat a second bout of the disease and both got back to free ranging with the flock after months of supportive care. Sadly they both eventually fell victim to a fox but had a good quality of life in the mean time, although the Marek's would no doubt have killed them in the end.
A good quality poultry vitamin supplement to support the immune system and a probiotic or fermented feed to support the digestive tract and a stress free environment and access to grass have been the things that have been most beneficial in my experience.

Did feeling come back the there legs eventually. I have her leg bandaged beacuase she was putting weight on her knee and It got swollen.
Also how does marecks spread beacse my flock hasn't been in contact with other chickens since I got them
