Oh yeah, lots of fish and a parakeet.
A few years back I worked at a Macaw breeding facility in Costa Rica. So they were kinda like mine for a while.

Here's the old girl.

Some Canadas I hatched.

Daughter's adopted old age elephant.

1 flock of penedesencas

Scarlet Macaws

Great Greens

Freedom Rangers

Black and gold laced polish and a white Jersey Giant.

when do you usually put your chicks in a coop and out of the brooder even though it says to wait until they are 60 days old

I have a building just for brooding (and feed/supply storage). Unless ambient temperature is below 20F, they go outside as soon as they come out of the hatcher.
If it's real cold I have hover brooders that keep them warm but they can go out to escape the heat. If it isn't that cold I just hang a ceramic heat emitter.

I used to buy them year round but now I have a closed flock. I raise one of the rarest breeds in the world, am NPIP and don't want to bring anything in.
If I had more space and time there are other breeds I'd like but I really only have the ability to do one breed justice.

If I could, I'd raise Jaerhons, White Minorcas and Blue Jersey Giants. All great breeds but Black Penedesencas are much easier to keep. Predator proof and respectful of fences. They'll stay inside a 2' fence and I've had JGs fly out of 6' fences. Not to mention the Penes dark egg color, famous for meat flavor in Spain, white earlobe (they and empordanesas are the only white lobed breeds that lay brown eggs) and carnation comb.
