Chicken hurt food or leg

Hello. I noticed yesterday morning that one of my chickens has an injured foot or leg. Is limping and not doing much movement. What do I do about it? Will it heal? She’s about a one year old blue Orpington who is shy and skittish. And nothing looks wrong with the foot that I can see.
