I purchased a chicken set-up off CL. Basically, 3 of the 10x10 chain link dog pens with the roof systems for each, and all the poultry accoutrements. It was a real good deal as advertised, then I offered less and the guy accepted on the condition I come out today to dismantle and remove everything. Along with the pens came 12 eight month chickens...I really wasn't that interested in the chickens because I already had plans for the pen...but that was also part of the deal...chickens had to be the first thing off the property (too messy). Most of the chickens are Brahmas, but I have a couple I'm not sure what breed they are. It was dark by the time I got home and put up the chickens in a horse stall. Of the 12 I ID'd there is a very large black brahma roster and hen, silver-laced brahma hen, light brahma hen, dark brahma rooster, all white brahma hen, a blue Wyandotte roo and hen, and 2 buff orp hens. These are best pictures I could do tonight...The hen and roo 2d and 3d from the left on top row are my unknowns. Roo seems too slim for an orp. Thanks.

See I needed the help! Cochins! Yes I definitely have two buff orpington hens...one is hiding in the picture. I get better pictures in the daylight. thanks.

Here are some daytime pictures. Things look different in the light. My Wyandottes grew feathers on their legs over night. Looks like I got some mixes. What's this guy in the first picture and the lady in the second look like?

These are all pretty birds. I think most if not all are mixes.

Picture 1- probably a blue Orpington mixed with New Hampshire or Rhode Island red. Or possibly blue Orpington crossed with buff Orpington.

Picture 2- mixed hen. Maybe Old English game is part of the cross.

Pictures 3-5- I think these must be light Brahmas crossed with either silver laced cochins or single comb silver laced Wyandottes.

Picture 6- I can't see her comb too well. She could be a Brahma crossed with some blue breed, or maybe a Cochin or Cochin cross.
