In sorry you're having a bad day... My coop has always been the first place I go when I'm having a ruff time. I have a rooster who likes to be by me, and he always has a way of making me feel better. I'm glad you have that too Animals always have a way of knowing when your sad, and when you need comfort. It's really amazing.

GatsbysGirl, he sure is a fine looking roo! love his beard and his comb just begs for rubbin'! I have 3 boys, 2 fairly friendly, and one that is a big ole mush! I can pick him up anytime, anywhere, he's always good for a cuddle. the other 2 will eat from my hand, and hang out within inches of me, but are not into being touched...

a bad day melts away faster than snow under the sun when I hang with my gang, and this guy, with his magnificent beard and pink feet... has won the top spot as my all time favorite pet...

She's adorable! I hope some of my chicks end up that open to photos. I have a hard time getting pictures of my adult chickens. They are all VERY camera shy.
