Betty, and her nest mate Wilma are the most personable little birds ever! very snuggly and sweet... she is being held by my better half in that picture, he is quite the animal lover!
btw, that's Wilma in my avatar, at 6 or 7 weeks

Isnt it something how affectionate they can be. My Chickie comes in the house with me every evening and sits on the couch next to me. His favorite is to have me rub his comb. He comes and puts his head down and directs his comb at me. If I dont notice he give me a peck and waits. He will continue this behavior until I stop what Im doing and rub his comb. If I stop rubbing he will show me he noticed by giving me a peck. Its really something.

His floppy comb is not like any chicken combs I have seen before nor will probably have the pleasure to rub in the future.
