Chicken "in your face" pictures!!

I couldn't resist showing some of my chicken in your face pictures!

Handmade. hand-painted Chocolate Hens and Henhouse. The whole thing is edible. We used over 5lbs of chocolate to make this. We entered into a chocolate contest and won Best Visual and Best Chocolatier. My flock inspired me to create this sculpture. It was painted and decorated by Olivia Perry and conceived and produced by myself. What fun!



My favorite Buff Orpington, Mona guarding the top of the ramp. The henhouse design is modeled after my own coop with a few details missing.



The flock. Grass made of white chocolate curls airbrushed with cocoa butter. Chickens are solid semisweet chocolate and hand painted with cocoa butter.



Little dark and white eggs made from chocolate-covered crispies. Straw is made from white modeling chocolate colored with gold cocoa butter. I learned a handy new use for my garlic press!
