Chicken Injured by Predator (Graphic Images)

This is my hen in stockinette. You can see the lighter portion higher up on her back is where her wound was. I would set gauze over it and put the stockinette on to hold it. Then I added a saddle to protect from rooster mating.
I think you could easily just use the stockinette on your rooster.
When it got dirty or frayed I just put on a new piece.

Thank you! I have taken him out under supervised visitation a couple of times lol but he has been staying inside ultimately still.
