I have this hen she’s a little under 10 years old, both eyes have like bumps and she can’t open them she’s eating and drinking with some assistance since she can’t see she’s been isolated for almost a week. We are thinking maybe fowl pox or something else.

Looks like fowl pox. If you have mosquitos, it's probably fowl pox. It will run its course in another week or so.

You might consider buying the pox vaccine and inoculating your birds.

Since the eyes are so affected, I would get some terramycin eye ointment, available without prescription, some tractor supply stores carry it, flush out the eyes well with sterile saline or eye wash, and then apply the terramycin 2-3 times a day to each eye. While doing that, you can get a good look at the eye, see if they are damaged at all. She may have been pecked as well, since she's not acting normal. If you cannot get terramycin, you can use plain neosporin also, in the eyes, my first choice would be the terramycin.
