Chicken intestine or what?

First time posting on here, so sorry if I mess something up...
I have a chick that just hatched while I was out. And he has, what i think is intestines.. Well I'm hoping it's not, but would like to know if it can make it or if I have to let it be and take my loss! here are some pics

Nope, never seen that. Looks like adult waste w/worm . I would assume to snip that off where it is very thin next to the chick and see how he does.

EWWW! Could it be the umbilical cord? Was it pulled?

It hatched in an incubator I'm assuming around 8 PM. And it looked as it had just came out the egg. His bottom area is see thru and seems a little swollen, but it seems fine walking around with the other ones.
I'm kinda scared to cut it off. Want to make sure it wont cause more harm .

No it wasn't pulled, well at least not to my knowledge. I couldn't see any yolk sack so I assumed that brown part was it.

It's doing good it has a normal chicken behind now. Whatever was hanging out has dried up also, so far so good
