Chicken is FULL of worms and not eating.

i don't mean to offend you or start a fight (really, really, please do not take offense) but I thought that feeding with a syringe was dangerous due to risk of drowning?
Tube feeding is the safest thing to do.

Syringe feeding is ok IF you are careful and don't force food or water down the wrong "pipe."

Do not rely on any "natural" wormer myth right now.
She obvious has worms.

Hopefully you have caught it in time.

Just please please treat everyone else asap too.
I'm not a big fan of "natural" wormers either, but as a supplement, they can help. There's a reason people still use willowbark-derived medication as painkiller, after all.

It can be but if she doesn't eat on her own then there really isn't a choice. I syringe feed and have not had a problem. You have to do a little at a time.

Don't know about dosing.... but quit feeding her junk food(bread).
Wet some of her regular feed, that has the nutrition she needs.

It is indeed.
I've been giving her Gerber oatmeal single grain cereal (the bread was for a treat for the flock not the main sorce of food), and I've tried giving her wet chicken food but she's not able to eat it. The baby food is watery enough that I can take a spoon and bring it up to her mouth so she can lick it.

Update: She is eating a little bit of wet food but she is still unable to bend over to feed so I still need to spoon feed her. Her next dose of wormer is Thursday. She pooped out 3 more worms however there was a lot of eggs and mucus.

Thursday will already be 10 days since the first time you wormed her?
