Chicken is ill?

I have a chicken that keeps trying to be sick, its been going on for a few days, any ideas what the problem is and what treatment should be used.

What are the symptoms?

The chicken keeps trying to be sick, she stretches her neck opens her mouth and then shakes her neck feathers a bit. It could just be normal but I just want to be sure.

There are 2 things it could be; there could possibly be something stuck in her esophagus or could simply be adjusting her crop. You could give her an eyedropper full of olive oil and then gently massage her neck downward to just below her crop. She will either puke up or pass whatever it is that might be stuck.
The other thing to be more concerned about with the symptoms you described, relate to respiratory disease. However, wheezing, gurgling, snotty nostrils, bubbly eyes, facial swelling etc..usually are concurrent symptoms with most respiratory diseases.

Ok, no snotty nostrils or anything so thats good news. I'll try that idea with the olive oil some time.
