Chicken is making guttural noises

My poor chicken is really not doing well. About a month ago she quit going up to roost in the coop, she would only sleep on the floor of the coop. She has been shedding feathers and losing weight. Tonight she is making these very strange guttural sounds, when we went to check her out she was kinda out of it and standing in a odd position in the coop. Any ideas of what to do would be helpful. Also, she stopped laying eggs about 2 months ago. She is a RIR.

She might be going through a very hard molt, but as to the noises, I am not sure. :/
