Chicken is missing half it's body

Good news and bad news.
I did all of this but peep ran away. I don't know where she went.
Also the last chicken clucky got attacked by a falcon, there is no bad cuts just missing feathers. There were a few tiny maggots but I think they are all gone.

For future reference, when you have a sick or injured chicken, it is best to keep it somewhere you can contain it, be it a large dog crate or a huge packing box... whatever you have to make due with until you can get something better. Just letting it roam will usually create more problems. A sick chicken can infect others if left loose. A loose chicken with injuries is easier prey, plus they are exposed to a lot more than if you keep them in a safe, clean and contained area. It will help to keep them more still so they can heal. It also allows you to keep tabs on the healing process and make changes as necessary. If she comes back, catch her and contain her. I'd use Vetericyn Wound Spray on her. The white bottle, not the blue. It is a wonderful healing spray that will help keep infection away. I wish you the best of luck.
