chicken is screaming every time she lays an egg - not sure that's really normal

My Welsummer (one of the two) is really screaming like someone's killing her each time she lays an egg. Is it possible there is an issue?
Once there was a little blood on the egg....afraid I'm not handling this properly. Another issue is one of our two Black Austerlorps isn't laying.
She was born around May 7th. It's now Jan 12th. That's definitely not normal. Any suggestions? THANKS

What do you feed as a main diet, & how often do you give treats?
