Chicken is so sick I have no idea what to do. I notice her walking like a penguin being more still. She is eating and drinking.

First thing I think of is fly strike. Did you ever see any maggots? Is her abdomen bloated?

Keep her clean, and in a clean area. Apply a triple antibiotic oinment.

We washed her in warm Epsom salt water. The black area is hot to touch. We applied antiseptic and triple antibiotic cream.she has tums and electrolytes in her water. She is isolated inside and under a heat lamp now resting. I’ll post more pics in the morning.Thank you for responding and being available to help
