Chicken is throwing up clear liquid

it’s happened 3 or 4 times already and I also see diarrhea what should I do what’s wrong

Is it breathing okay? How is the weather there? Sometimes they will drink too much if it's hot and that can cause runny poo. The clear liquid coming up is a different story. Does the crop feel really squishy and swollen, and does it stink around the beak? Possibly sour crop.

Ok thanks it breathing ok and it’s 53 but it’s been up to 80 in the past week but this just happened today

I live in Chandler and It's Hot here, my girls are okay, I do have a Mist on them and there outside, but today I was outside and notice one of them was throwing up, never seen that before. is normal....

How is your hen?
If it's really hot, she may have drank too much water at once and the excess ran out, but it would be good to check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks just to make sure the crop is emptying properly.
