Chicken Is Walking Only A Few Steps At A Time

So my friends chicken has been walking abnormally since December 28th & it will walk a few steps & then sit down. I haven't actually seen it this is just based on the description that they've given me. Does anyone know what could be wrong with this chicken? Here is what she looks like.

How old is she? Does she lay eggs normally? Is she favoring one leg? Or walking on her hocks?

They looked over her feet & legs & didn't find anything.

I would suggest starting some human B complex tablets 1/2 tablet daily crushed into food or a little water. And, I would check to see if she is egg bound by inserting a clean finger into her vent up to 2 inches to feel for an obstruction. If egg binding is suspected a human calcium tablet or Tums may be helpful.
