Chicken Jackets!!

Found an interesting way to protect my hens from my roos on the internet, so i tried it.


My roos were really being rough with my hens...this one is his favorite hens so her back has almost no feathers left from him treading on her. So now she wears a jacket that was specially made for her.
She loves her jacket, it keeps her warm too.

Aw! That is so cute on her! It looks like it would be warm, too! I'm in the process of making my girls chicken sweaters. Kind of a late Christmas present. LOL

hi sweetie! Yes, my boyfriend made them. He found the pattern online, and just used the sewing machine to do the rest.
