Does anyone make jerky out of their chicken? I've had turkey jerky, but never made it. I'm looking for recipies for either ground meat or whole strips. Someone must have at least tried it! I started thinking about it after visiting a "jerky stand" in the mall while Christmas shopping and trying something called "Firebird," which was basically a dried buffalo chicken strip, and was great!
