Chicken keeps getting vent gleet/poopy bum

So I wash her bum and next day she has it all pooped up again.
I think part of it is on me though because I cut her feathers too short. Adding on too that how long will it take for her bum feathers to grow in? She's otherwise healthy eating, drinking, laying, and crop is good.

I'm not sure if it's even vent gleet at this point. I have a feeling it's just her short feathers on her bum. As shown on the pictures

When mine get a discharge like that, the first thing I do is de-worm them with Safeguard and treat them for coccidiosis. This usually clears it up. If it doesn't, I give them an antibiotic.
