Chicken ladder

I just moved my hens outside into their new tractor. The tractor has a coop on top and a pen area below. They figured out how to walk down the ladder from the coop to the pen but don't seem to understand how to go back up. Any one have any suggestions for how to train them to go up at night into their coop?

put treats in the coop maybe? Is the ladder to steep? I'm not really sure.
