No it’s almost a thicker liquidCan you cut that open? It looks like a possible lash egg, a sign of salpingitis or inflammation of the oviduct. Here is some reading about lash eggs:

So it started with the white discharge so I put the generic yeast infection cream on her and I was on day 3 when she laid that. I will start the calcium today and see what happens. She eats and drinks good and has oyster shells available at all times.I'd get extra Calcium into her for 3-5 days. Calcium Citrate with D3 can be found at Walmart.
See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed and has oyster shell available.
While it may be like a thicker liquid, it may be the initial start of Salpingitis or a sign that something is going on with the reproductive system. Could also be a one time glitch.
Calcium can help the hen push the material out if she has more.
Be sure she's drinking well, check her for lice/mites.
Doesn't look like Vent Gleet which is a continuous yeasty white pasty discharge from the vent.
So I’ve been looking at the calcium and maybe a dumb question but is the the ones for people and if so how do I give it to her?So it started with the white discharge so I put the generic yeast infection cream on her and I was on day 3 when she laid that. I hold my chicken on my lap with the body tucked under my left arm (I am right handed). Reach around and pull down firmly but gently on her wattles(or where the wattles should be if you have EEs) with the left hand so she opens her beak. Then quickly pop the calcium about half way into the beak with the right hand. If you don't get the pill back far enough, chickens will spit it back at you, but be careful not to put it too far back and into the windpipe. None of the girls I have dosed enjoy the process, but they always forgive me within minutes.
Hope your girl starts feeling better soon!
